Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Land Surveyor:
Job Responsibilities: - Attend daily subcontractor meetings and perform survey setting-out lines/points as required for structural and architectural works.
- Communicate effectively with project staff and subcontractors to understand requirements and plan tasks to meet project timelines.
- Ensure accuracy of all survey setting-out lines/points and proper handover to other parties to minimize errors on site.
- Perform routine checks according to floor framing plans, including verification of formwork levels before and after casting, as-built slab levels, and alignment of walls and columns.
- Conduct repeated checks and daily closing of survey works to ensure no errors are carried forward.
