Team members, new to the landscape industry, enter the Gachina Certification Program to learn production, safe equipment operation and The Gachina Way. During the Certification Program, your supervisor will be your trainer and mentor. They offer a wealth of industry experience and will be guiding you through this program. Upon successful completion of training and certification, team members will become a Landscape Maintenance or Construction Technician and will be assigned to a Crew Leader. Experienced landscape professionals will demonstrate safe power equipment and hand tool operations, landscape practices that promote plant health, irrigation repairs & controller programming, shrub pruning, and planting, power mowing, trimming, blowing, raking, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, sod laying, sprinkler installation, irrigation repairs such as main lines, lateral repairs, sprinkle repairs, clock programming, and running manual irrigation valves...
