Description

Develop site plans, layouts, and landscape designs for a variety of projects Prepare construction documents including grading, planting, and hardscape plans Design stormwater and sustainable features (bioswales, rain gardens, green infrastructure) Perform site analysis including zoning, environmental conditions, and land use Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and clients throughout project lifecycle Assist with project permitting and compliance with local/state regulations Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews Utilize design software to produce high-quality drawings and renderings
