We are currently seeking a Landscape Grader Operator for our Charlotte, NC location. The successful candidate will be responsible for grading lots for new home sites, preparing them for landscape installations. A company-provided truck and machine will be at your disposal for this role. Responsibilities Perform successive passes over the working area, observing reference stakes or hand signals of other workers, to level the surface to the specified grade. Feel levers and listen to equipment sounds to determine the depth of the cut. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of the grader.
