Responsibilities

• Represent the company in Labor, Criminal, and Civil Litigation cases
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and cross-border transactions
• Provide legal advice on compliance, risk management, and corporate governance
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory agencies as needed
• Prepare and file necessary legal documents and pleadings
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operations
• Support management in decision-making through clear, practical legal guidance

Qualifications

• Must be a Philippine Bar passer (Underbar experience will not be counted)
• Minimum of 2–3 years law firm experience as a practicing Lawyer
• Proven expertise in Labor, Criminal, and Civil Litigation
