Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7–15 years of IT experience in Application Support and/or Big Data Support.
• 3–5 years of application development experience preferred.
• Experience supporting banking applications.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix scripting.
• Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience with relational databases such as MariaDB, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of scheduling tools like Control-M or Tivoli/TWS.
• Familiarity with Spark, Airflow, and big data platforms is an advantage.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Jira.
• Experience with monitoring/APM tools like AppDynamics, Graylog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
