The ESS Learning and Development team is responsible for managing the learning needs of the workforce, providing soft skills training opportunities across ESS in Poland and India. The learning opportunities are ultimately geared towards employee growth or career development, as well as catering to an enhanced employee experience with business offsite events.

They must also be able to manage and build a collaborative, productive learning environment that captures the audience’s attention and helps them meet their development end goals.
