Job Description
I am delighted to be partnering with a Yorkshire based organisation on the recruitment of a Learning and Development Manager to work across Yorkshire.
Within your new role, you will manage the learning and development team, alongside leading operational training. In your first three months you will work with business leaders to understand demand, training forecasting and ensure courses are set up, that trainers are equipped with the relevant skills and are in the right place to deliver what's needed.
Also, evidence of identifying opportunities to improve learning initiatives, moving from face to face to more virtual/e-learning solutions. Experience of working with external training partners and managing these relationships would be an advantage.
