You will work in the Learning & Development Office (LDO), which is a corporate unit within the Civil Service College (CSC). LDO supports CSC's goal to be a future-ready centre of learning for the Singapore Public Service by implementing interventions to uplift both CSC and whole-of-government (WOG) learning and development (L&D) capabilities. LDO works in partnership with other institutes and departments within CSC to advance our efforts to enhance the practice of L&D for the Singapore Public Service. As a LDO Capability Development Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our community engagement, content development, and operational excellence initiatives. This internship offers hands‑on experience in learning and development operations within the public sector context.
