Responsibilities Leads the administration of financial policies, advises on new laws, ensures accurate disclosures, and reports on DLA's financial health. Assigns, tracks, and reviews team tasks to ensure high-quality, timely completion in line with standards and deadlines. Integrates the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values into the team's goals, strategies, and work products. Serves as a coach, facilitator, and negotiator to coordinate team initiatives and foster consensus-building activities. Represents the team to the supervisor to obtain necessary resources and resolve major work-related issues. Coordinates with the supervisor on performance management issues, recommending promotions, reassignments, and performance appraisals.
