Lead Analyst, Supply Planning

This role will be responsible for the design/build and maintenance of the key processes to support the Global Net Requirements Plan (NRP) in collaboration with the regional commercial teams across all Stryker Franchises and divisions.

What you will do:

+ Responsible to support the deployment of the critical NRP key performance metrics (KPI) and supporting dashboards.
+ Responsible in creating and supporting the key workflows to extract the key NRP data inputs from all the ERPs across the Stryker regions and divisions in order to improve the NRP performance metrics.
+ Responsible to develop and maintain a process framework to record and build a process repository based on the design of best practice.
+ Responsible to conduct Root Cause Analysis on major Supply Chain issues (i.e. supply constraints and backorder, excess inventory, etc.).
