**Job Description**

This role leads a small team of mechanics responsible for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of corporate jets. You will perform hands-on aircraft maintenance while providing day-to-day direction to 3–4 mechanics, ensuring that all work meets regulatory standards, safety requirements, and operational timelines for a variety of business aircraft.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 aircraft mechanics, assigning work, monitoring progress, and ensuring high-quality standards.
+ Perform regular scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on corporate jets in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
+ Ensure all mechanical systems are in proper working condition before flight, addressing any discrepancies promptly and thoroughly.
