Job Description
Responsibilities - Oversee all architectural and interior design aspects from concept to implementation, ensuring design coherence across spaces.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing meetings, gathering feedback, and refining designs.
- Lead space planning, material selection, and FF&E to ensure functional and aesthetic solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
- Manage architectural drawings, visualizations, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
- Develop project timelines, provide regular updates, and supervise on-site progress.
- Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in design.
- Proven track record in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
