Lead Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain record management of clients
• Conduct targeted web searches to gather market data and verify vendor information
• Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy. This includes updating client databases based on web search
• Gather and consolidate operational data for the purpose of updating annual reports. You will ensure all figures and narratives are current and formatted correctly for stakeholder review.
• Follow up on pending business license applications, clarify requirements, and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the filing process.
• Collect, organize, and track supporting documentation required for compliance-related and operational submissions

Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4-year course

Willing to work oniste in Mandaue, Cebu

Willing to render nightshift (10PM start)
