Qualifications and Job Description:

• Must be okay working 100% onsite at WNS Bridgetowne Site
• 2 years' BPO/Banking domain experience handling looking customer interactions via Chats, Calls, Emails
• Understanding of Credit card billings, reimbursements, spends during business travel
• Ability to interact with client and be able to present team performance
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in 24x7 environment
