Genesis10 is currently seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst - Hybrid position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Columbus, OH or Akron, OH. This is a 3-month contract to hire opportunity.



Pay Range: $55.00 - $63.00 per hour. 

This senior-level role is responsible for leading business analysis efforts, managing a team of analysts, and partnering closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams. The ideal candidate will drive requirements definition, solution design, and delivery execution across complex contact center initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Genesys CX Cloud and offshore operations within an Agile environment.
