Document all process, workflow and system gaps and implement fixes Work with compliance/risk to address “open issues” and formalize follow-up and sign off process Implement and manage in house REO settlement operation initiatives. Implement and maintain strategies which will help the company manage a high volume of production without errors Manage productivity requirements and implement strategies to improve production.
