Phase 3’s HiBob practice is growing. As our client base expands and members of the team move on to new opportunities, we are recruiting a Lead Consultant to strengthen our HiBob capability and help take the practice forward. It’s an exciting opportunity to lead from the front and shape how we grow.

As Lead HiBob Consultant, you will be a senior technical and delivery authority on HiBob across our client base, owning end-to-end implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of HiBob’s cloud-based people platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that improve HR processes, reporting, and the overall employee experience.
