Assigns and supervises the work of custodians and performs custodial duties involving the cleaning and care of buildings. Supervises a small group of custodians.

**Major/Essential Functions:**

**1) Floor & Carpet Care (30%)**

+ Spot-clean spills promptly; sweep/dust mop, wet mop, and vacuum assigned zones.
+ Operate floor-care equipment (vacuums, autoscrubbers, extractors, burnishers) safely and per operating procedures.
+ Report floor damage or safety hazards (wet floors, trip risks) and post signage as required.

**2) Restroom Sanitation & Replenishment (25%)**

+ Clean/disinfect sinks, toilets/urinals, partitions, mirrors, and floors to departmental standards.
