About the Role

Coders Connect is working with a fast‑scaling company building a modern data foundation across regions and we are on the hunt for a Lead Data Engineer to own architecture pipeline design and scalable systems across batch and streaming. This role is based in Dubai with hybrid or onsite options. If you live and breathe data platforms love optimizing workflows and want to shape data culture from the ground up this one is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Architect Scalable Data Systems: Design data models flow strategies and storage solutions to support analytics and ops at scale including real‑time batch needs.
• Build End‑to‑End Pipelines: Develop robust automated pipelines using GCP Airflow BigQuery dbt and Dataflow ensuring data quality and speed across the board.
• Data Governance & Quality: Establish rules for secure handling auditing retention and lineage. Promote transparency trust and compliance.
