Trojan Sports is seeking a passionate, experienced, and highly motivated Lead Development Coach to lead our Development Squad programme in Dubai from mid August 2026. Guided by our quality first ethos, we are committed to delivering world‑class coaching, athlete development, and customer care. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between Learn to Swim and Performance Squads, ensuring swimmers develop the technical, physical, and personal skills required for long‑term success.

The Lead Development Coach will also provide leadership and support to coaching staff, helping maintain the highest standards across the programme.
