Responsibilities Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Diagnose causes of any malfunction and perform repairs on diesel trucks or equipment. Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts and save and tag parts of the job if under warranty or requested by the customer. Examine the assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended. Communicate with the service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if the work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
