**Job Description**

AV is seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Lead** **Electrical Engineer** to join our Kinetic Effectors Group. This role will support the design, development, and integration of electrical systems for the Next Generation Counter Uncrewed Aerial System Missile (NGCM) in support of national defense objectives. This is a hands-on, mid-career engineering role focused on embedded electronics, power systems, avionics, and missile subsystem integration and associated testing. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, government customers, and suppliers to deliver cutting-edge solutions in a mission-critical environment.

Key responsibilities for successful candidates:
