What you’ll do
:
Optimize performance of various assets in the refinery by establishing Asset Care Strategies (ACS), identifying preventative maintenance tactics, analyzing feedback on asset performance, and providing solutions for issues.Investigate and leverage historical data, current practices, best practices, and OEM recommendations to improve our maintenance tactics, especially on highly complex problems or related to high-risk assets.Develop strong relationships with team members in the Maintenance and Operations departments to drive a deeper understanding of asset performance and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and monitor equipment reliability metrics.Optimize care strategies for continuous improvement using various practices to gather data (e.g., PMO, RCA, etc.) and analyze that data to complete fitness for service analyses, make repair recommendations, or adjust ACSs accordingly.Analyze and optimize d...
