Position: Lead Engineer
Hire Resolves client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Engineer to join their team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. As the Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects and the efficient operation of engineering processes.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and support as needed Develop and implement engineering strategies to meet project goals and deadlines Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and innovation Conduct risk assessments and quality control to ensure compliance with regulatory standards Analyse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimisation Provide technical expertise and guidance on engineering projects and initiatives
