The Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) which aims to pioneer innovation solutions and develop world‑class science and technology capabilities to transform and empower the Home Team in delivering safety and security for Singapore. The jobholder delivers communication capabilities and technologies to the Home Team and is responsible for the system‑engineering aspects of various projects and trials within the communications domain, identifying and evaluating technologies of interest to the Home Team.

• Responsible for end‑to‑end design, including security, of transmission and transport systems to meet Home Team Departments’ operational needs, ensuring long‑term sustainability and effectiveness.
