About the role

As a Lead Engineer, you ensure that the implementation of technical solutions for hydropower projects is as agreed and balanced with costs and customer needs. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and internal departments, to ensure successful project execution.

You will lead overall design activities, monitor progress, and manage technical risks throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires occasional travel, mainly within Sweden and Norway.
