Cascade Headway Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a smart and active Lead Manager to handle incoming leads and manage first-level communication with clients. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers in multiple languages. Requirements Minimum 1 year and maximum 2 years of experience in lead handling, customer support, telecalling, or sales coordination. Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi and Tamil will be an added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to respond to leads quickly and professionally.
