Location: Visp or Stein, Switzerland (3 days on-site in Visp or Stein, 2 days home office)

Duration: 01/06/2026 to 31/05/2027

Responsibilities

• Ensure the material and package reporting systems are kept up to date in the Web PMP (Project Procurement Plan) for allocated packages.
• Ensure On Time Delivery (OTD) of expediting packages meets the KPI targets set by the department.
• Ensure all Supplier Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) are received on time and shared promptly with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely notification to suppliers in case of delayed MPRs.
• Coordinate with third parties for expediting interventions.
• Share weekly expediting intervention plans with stakeholders.
• Support Order Management in processing expediting-related invoices.
• Prepare MIS reporting for the department.
