About Old School Rituals

Old School Rituals is a heritage South Indian beauty brand bringing time-honoured rituals to the modern consumer. We are a fast-growing D2C company building products and a brand world rooted in authenticity, craft, and a strong point of view on design. As we scale, we are looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to own the brand‘s full creative output and lead our design team.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role for a versatile graphic designer who can move across performance creatives, social, print, packaging, and website design, with video editing as a bonus. You will set the creative bar, build and mentor a design team, and partner closely with growth, marketing, and founders to ship work that is both beautiful and commercially sharp.
