Broadcom in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Senior Process Engineer with expertise in III-V Epitaxy. This role will focus on the development and manufacturing of high-performance semiconductor devices, particularly lasers for AI data centers.

The successful candidate will lead the qualification of epitaxial growth processes, support new product introductions, and drive improvements in process quality.
