**Overview**

As a **Lead Implementation Consultant** **, you are the Player-Coach responsible for the technical success and operational velocity of your implementation squad. While you continue to manage a curated portfolio of Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) deployments, your primary impact is scaled through the** **mentorship, technical escalation, and quality assurance** **you provide to fellow Implementation Consultants.**
