Insight Global is looking for an Inside Sales Representative Lead to join a leading semiconductor distribution company in Hillsboro, OR. This individual will be a self-starter, technical, driven individual who will work cooperatively with a distribution team to maintain and grow existing business, create new business, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while increasing customer satisfaction. This individual must be a team player, joining to lead a small 3 person team and be able to wear many hats if needed.
