As a Lead IO Mixed-Signal Design Engineer, you will serve as a primary technical authority and team leader in developing high-speed interface IPs and robust IO solutions. You will bridge the gap between complex analog physical phenomena and digital system requirements, ensuring seamless data communication across chip boundaries. This role requires a deep understanding of signal integrity, high-speed circuit design, and the precision required for advanced process nodes. You will be responsible for mentoring and leading a small team of engineers, driving project milestones, and ensuring the collective output meets our rigorous quality standards from initial specification through to successful tape-out.
