  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature
  • Lead RFIs/RFPs, coordinate cross-functional input, and prepare proposals
  • Develop pricing and commercial offers in line with internal processes
  • Prepare agreements and support initial contract negotiations
  • Ensure accurate CRM data and consistent sales process application
  • Coordinate customer presentations, demos, and site visits
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
