Key Responsibilities:
· Qualtrics Certifications (XM Discover) Oversee and manage a team.
· Minimum 4 years’ experience in delivering projects on Qualtrics platform along with client facing engagements.
· Supervise the execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
· Liaise with clients to understand their objectives, requirements, and expectations for projects.
· Train, mentor, and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.
· Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members and provide guidance as needed.
