We're hiring a Lead .NET Fullstack Developer for a project with one of the world's leading global professional services firms (Fortune Global 500, 700K+ employees) — Lisbon hub. Hands-on technical leadership on a large-scale digital platform: .NET + React/Next.js + DXP/CMS. Real architectural ownership and team mentorship.

Must-have

• 8+ years as C# .NET Developer (.NET Framework + .NET Core).
• Hands-on DXP/CMS: Optimizely, Umbraco or equivalent.
• React + Next.js on the frontend.
• REST API design and development.
• SQL + NoSQL database management.
• Proven technical leadership guiding dev teams.
• Microservices and scalable system architecture.
• GitHub Actions / workflows (DevOps).
• English B2+ (spoken and written).
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent.
