Job Responsibilities Provide operational support and deployment services for customers' cloud and network environments.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to cloud-scale and backbone network infrastructure.
Support and maintain software-defined networking (SDN) services and related technologies, including: Azure Front Door (AFD)
Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) protection
Domain Name System (DNS)
ExpressRoute
Perform incident analysis, root cause investigation, and service restoration activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of network services.
Participate in standby and on-call support rotation for after-hours operational support.
