Lendingpot is looking for a Lead, Personal Loans to drive the growth and operational performance of our personal loans business. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end personal loan function, including sales performance, lender relationships, customer conversion, team management, process improvements, and business growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, hands‑on, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced digital lending environment. This role requires someone who can balance sales targets, customer experience, compliance requirements, and operational efficiency.
