Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager – AI Native Development who combines product leadership with hands-on building capability.

This is not a traditional roadmap-driven PM role. We are hiring leaders who personally prototype, build, and ship AI-powered product flows using modern AI-assisted development environments such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar tools.

You will lead the development of AI-first products end-to-end, driving strategy, execution, and delivery at speed while mentoring teams and shaping product direction.

Candidates who have only used AI tools for prompting (Chat GPT, Claude.ai, etc.) without building real product flows will not be considered.
