Reporting Relationship
The Production Lead reports directly to the Operations Manager in Component Repair Services - Singapore.
Responsibilities:
The Production Lead is responsible for managing the production unit to ensure the optimal cost and delivery performance of the unit under his/her charge. Control and optimize use of all resources available to produce parts with the best turn time, best quality and lowest cost possible Plans day-to-day operations, assigns manpower, plans overtime, monitors/measures employee utilization/efficiency and works with employees to ensure key metrics are achievedEnsure that products are repaired or processed to the required specifications and governing job instructions and other technical data to meet quality compliance.Provide hands-on support to process parts and establish good standard work for key processes.
