This position operates at the intersection of sales, structural engineering, and manufacturing operations, requiring daily coordination, prioritization, and problem-solving across multiple active projects and functional areas. The Lead Project Manager leads the project management and field teams while also directly managing projects from architectural design concept through product field installation.
