Dynatrace is seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer driven to deliver high-quality solutions to drive successful outcomes. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications that leverage Service Cloud capabilities. Responsibilities

+ Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications with a focus on Service Cloud.
+ Configure/build new and enhanced functionality in the Salesforce platform using declarative and/or programmatic solutions.
+ Customize/build Salesforce Service Cloud applications using custom objects, workflows, validations, and formulas while adhering to Salesforce best practices
