Overview

Permanent, full-time role based in Wellington Central. Lead Salesforce Developer to support the Ministry's enterprise CRM platform and drive the technical leadership and strategic direction of the Salesforce Platform that underpins service delivery and engagement across the education sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-impact team supporting the Salesforce Platform, ensuring a robust, scalable, and secure platform that enables extensible, user-centred products on Salesforce.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team and Digital Practices to enable smarter service delivery and better outcomes for learners, whānau, and educators.
• Steer architectural design, configuration-first approaches, and declarative tools to deliver Solutions on Salesforce (Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex, Flows, OmniStudio, SOQL).
