This role is part of the RT software solutions leadership and will be pivotal in developing and deploying world-class service strategy for Radiation Therapy software solutions. + Define a comprehensive service strategy covering multiple offerings (free and paid): Pre-installation, installation and configuration support, warranty, on-demand clinical training, purchased services - Software upgrades, premium technical support etc.,
+ Own the complete life-cycle management from start to finish including development and iteration of business case and value propositions.
