GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

Must have

• Production Support / SRE (L2 Operations)
• 12+ years Strong experience in incident management, platform stability, and distributed systems support
• Linux & Scripting Expertise
• Hands-on with Linux commands + shell/Python/scripting
• Monitoring & Observability Tools
• Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, alerting, dashboards
• Java & Application Troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of Java (1.8+) and end-to-end issue debugging
• Strong expertise in SQL and database troubleshooting (query optimization, performance tuning, and data analysis for incident resolution)
• Programming Languages
• Exposure to C, C++, Go, Perl, Ruby
• Strong experience in incident management and distributed systems support, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills & automation of operational tasks
