We are looking for an experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our EPAM L&D team. Your role will be to design and facilitate training programs that help nurture our talent pools skillsets while fostering a lifelong learning culture. Your focus will be developing leadership and soft skills across the organization, adapting approaches to suit audiences at all levels including company leadership team.
