In this role you will oversee team performance, manage staging tasks, and ensure delivery routes are organized for efficient operation. Your leadership is key in maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout the staging process.

1. Achieve 100% on‑time completion of staging tasks (labeling, picking, packing).
2. Maintain 98% accuracy in inventory alignment between physical stock and Cin7 ERP system.
