Role Mission: The mission of the Senior Solution Designer is to bridge EBG and SME needs and technology solutions by designing scalable, feasible, and effective systems that support organizational objectives. The role ensures business requirements are clearly understood, translated, and reflected in end-to-end solution designs and platform configurations. In doing so, the role contributes to business growth, innovation, and stronger solution outcomes.

Accountabilities: 

  • Deliver fit-for-purpose end-to-end solution designs aligned to business and technical objectives.

  • Act as the single point of accountability for business requirements elicitation, prioritization, and translation into solution specifications.

  • Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and well-integrated across systems and platforms.
