We’re looking for a Lead Systems Engineer to take a key role in delivering control systems projects across a range of industries. You’ll lead the design, development, and integration of technical solutions, working closely with the Principal Engineer or Project Manager to guide project teams and ensure successful delivery.

In this role, you’ll mentor and support engineers, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and build strong relationships with clients to deliver high‑quality, standards‑compliant solutions. With your expertise in control systems and associated software and hardware, you’ll take a strategic approach to problem‑solving while ensuring all work aligns with relevant quality standards.

You’ll also contribute to project planning, reporting, and budget management, playing an important part in driving project performance and client satisfaction.
